In the story of your life, you are a co-director with the universe, but the universe is the one who wrote the script, so stick with the plan. The universe is the Stephen Spielberg of your life, and it is pretty specific about your objectives in this unfolding drama you’re witnessing. Don’t get me wrong, you can get involved in co-directing your life, but be careful in what you’re supposed to do. Stay away from trying to meddle in the things that you have no choice over, like who your parents are, your unique personality, or the actions, feelings, and words of other people. Instead, work on those inner traits that help you become a more loving person and a more effective person in the world. Your destiny is a script that in many ways has already been written, embrace the story and support the main character (YOU), and know that they are both headed in the right direction!
You either spend your life embracing the role and the script you’ve been given, or you fight them, or try to reject and manipulate them until they feel like a total betrayal of your natural self. You can’t live someone else’s life, so don’t even try. Live yours, fully and freely and with no shame. Perfect the story of your life by loving, supporting, and encouraging the main character, while knowing that the script is always happening for your benefit. Working in this way, with the person who stars in your life, will help you witness the natural unfolding of a more beautiful story line, one filled with blessing, prosperity, and purpose. Let the universe work out the details of the plot, and you work out the details of the person who is staring in the “film.” Be the hero, not the victim of your own, unique destiny. Don’t sabotage the story by meddling in the affairs of the director, enhance the story by knowing that it has a beautiful message, a lovable main character, and a plot that is filled with joy and meaning!
Good one!
