Can you think of anything more beautiful and more meaningful than love? Is there anything in life that’s worth more than love? I have a hard time thinking of a single thing that compares to the pleasure of a loving experience. It might be helpful to begin making a list of things (and people) that you love!
I love the morning. I love the peace and the quiet that comes with the stillness of the morning light. I love good news. I love when people cook for me or when they give me gifts. I love to be outdoors and to see and to feel the loving energy of nature. I love choosing good things for myself, especially beautiful things, and healthy things. I love to be loved. I mean who doesn’t love touch and intimacy with the ones you love the most? The loving bond between two people is the supreme pleasure of love. It’s deeply satisfying, and it means more than all material possessions combined. But the Mount Everest of all love is the pleasure you receive when you love yourself. Be more loving with yourself, and you’ll have more to give to others!
Remember that the richness and pleasure of love enfold you, they surround you, and they have been with you since you were born. There is nothing you can do or that you can achieve that will surpass the greatest treasure on earth – the loving nature of who you are. The joy of love is your life’s purpose. There is no more need to search for or fret about your life’s purpose. Embrace that love within you, use it for the betterment of life, and the rest will follow. The hidden treasure of love is right under your nose, right inside of your inner being. Open the treasure trove of love – use it to enhance the quality of your life and those around you. The pleasure of love is a renewable and inexhaustible resource that’s waiting for you to dive in and to spread it all around. Start by making a list of things you love, and add to that list, everyday!
