It is impossible to compare your life with another person’s life, but we seem to always try to do that very thing. While we each experience similar emotions and situations as humans, the truth is, no one could ever fully understand what is means to be you. Your reality is yours, and yours alone. What a beautiful truth that the path that you’ve taken in life was meant specifically for you. It was customized, and miraculously unique. The more that you come to appreciate the uniqueness of your journey, the more you can let go of comparing yourself with others, or wondering if your path is the “right” one. Well, it is the right one, because there is no other path for you to take – remember that it is unique. Your life has no detours or alternates!
You can give yourself no greater gift than the gift of fully accepting and embracing your life’s path. How you walk down that path is every bit as important as what it contains. Your history is unlike anyone else’s. It suits you, and if it needs improvement, then you can make changes in attitude and behavior to get better results! Inner change is also part of your unique power. Be glad that your path has led you to this moment. Be glad that your life contains the people, places, circumstances, and opportunity that it does – especially if everything is going relatively smoothly. No one on the planet has experienced life exactly like you have. Your experiences have given you unique perspectives and opportunities. The prescription of your journey in life was meant for none other than YOU. Cherish that precious, unique, and special awareness that your journey has given you. Appreciate what your life contains, and where it has brought you.
