Without money, can you feel wealthy, secure and free? Without a working body, can you feel healthy and vibrant? Without a partner can you feel love and intimacy? Without a god, can you do it anyway? I do all things, without a thing.
In spiritual wisdom, fasting teaches. Poverty admonishes. Do without food, without friends, without education; be content in your own indwelling ingenuity. Let your vices go, your cravings wither, and cut the umbilical cord of dependency. Uncouple from money’s grip. Let your inner Light burn and others will wonder of your unspoken glow-up.
Each of us is an empty vessel with an inner filament latent with lighting potential. If we allow the body to glow warmly, the unconditional love to expand, and the Intelligence to flower, the pilot light intensifies without tension.
Oxygen and space, some deeper stillness, and some relaxation of the inner sphincter dilates the inner bandwidth and gravity flows into your presence and speech. It’s not “grave.” It’s poignant.
The two things I do to keep the embers burning: No sudden moves and increased space. Tightness constricts the light’s breathing room. Sudden moves shortens the light’s breadth. Learn to create a “wall” of peace, letting nothing come between you and the filament of your heart’s sequestered peace.
Without a job, money, youth, recognition, a god in the sky, a spouse, a savior, “the universe,” a thought, and without a trace, how much can you do without? Show yourself just how glorious you are without. I do all things without a thing!
Just how independent and strong are you? Just how radiant and peaceful are you?
The solar plexus relaxes. The movement stands still. The fire glows with more oxygen. No snuffing! The flame is self-sufficient.
No sudden moves. You’re surrounded!
Come out with your hands behind your head.
You’re not in trouble.
You’re free to glow.
