Nature flows freely. Do you flow freely or do you flow through life mechanically? Many humans drudge through life like robots, programmed to expect routine. We generally fall into patterns that come from mindless programming, the low frequency of semi-attentiveness.
Humans are programmable, but you have to program yourself to pay attention, not to fall into mindless patterns. We can slip into habits that are so mindless that we haven’t a second thought about anything we do, say, or think. But you are the great software engineer of your mind. Program yourself to be open, thinking fresh everyday.
Most of us move through life mechanically, a pattern-loop that expects the same old same old. We don’t set happiness goals. We don’t think of new ways to express gratitude. We don’t move in new ways, we don’t dance, and we don’t play. Observe children. They’re open-minded, looking for new toys, new places, new ideas. Human intelligence is spontaneous, curious, quirky, and playful. Only humans can tap into spontaneity, and be open and receptive to wonder. That aerobic awareness, air moving through you, is vitalizing. Be aerobic – move, play, express, stretch, and think. Awaken, rather than being anaerobic, the absence of air. Robots can’t breathe on their own, like you can. They are synthetic, needing to be told what to do. Wake up and listen to the air moving through you, and sense your heart beating. Something else does that – the spontaneity of nature within you. Wake up and open up to what you can do with your mind. Don’t let your mindlessness turn you into a robot. You have access to that wonderful world of possibility that artificial intelligence can never get to. You have access to the great source creator that builds and sustains life, but you have to open yourself up to that wonder.
