When you see how you hold yourself back from the the way forward; when you see how your mind limits possibility; and when you see how your lack of gratitude keeps you feeling defeated, then, and only then, can you claim your prize! The prize of victory comes when so-called failures teach you about who you truly are. How it turns out on the surface is not as important as how it turns out under your surface, how it results in changing your fundamental state of being. Feeling defeated is failing to see what’s possible for yourself, that’s all.
The universe keeps possibility a secret, so that you can develop a deeper trust in yourself, rather than relying on the fickleness of obsessive thought. But you have to be willing to see it – that’s all. Your life’s situation doesn’t defeat you. What feels like defeat is merely a failure to see beyond what the mind labels as “The End.” If death has not arrived, there is only one direction – forward. And moving forward has only one outcome – possibility.
The charge of feeling like life has a way forward is to always be more observant of yourself, and less meddlesome in the affairs of others. The new charge is to place hope in yourself and to learn to develop new skills, if necessary. Your new charge is to see how you can tap into the energy of possibility, not the insidious illusion of defeat. It’s hard, but you have to see it more and more each day, as you run the race of life! New segments of time that come from so-called failure will breed a new sense of determination, a new determination for hope, gratitude, and prosperity. All things are possible, but only when you accept that you are worthy of their eternal reward. Understanding who you were meant to be is the sweet nectar of feeling victorious – own up to it, and help others to claim the victory of their unique possibility too!
