There are no unnecessary people in your life. All people are conspiring with you, for your greater good, even those with whom you don’t fully agree, or don’t fully understand. The first way people conspire with you is in how they help you to realize your earthly desires: 1.) a friend of a friend introduces you to a potential life partner; 2.) a mutual friend knows someone who can put in a good word for you for that new job or promotion; 3.) a neighbor helps you solve a problem, and so on.
The second kind of conspiracy is harder to understand, particularly when difficulty arises. So-called difficult people can be one of your greatest assets, if you reflect inwards. Belligerence, lack of cooperation, and argumentative behaviors all have one thing in common. They help to show you where you are in your own, personal journey. But it’s easy to think that there is something wrong with others and to blame them for your misery. But the universe is always helpful. The universe is conspiring with you (often through difficult people), to help you better understand how you may be contributing to the nonsense of human interaction.
Get more curious about people in your life, even those that seem to create challenge. You might be surprised at how helpful all people can be in fulfilling your desires for a better life and to become a better person. Each person is going through the exact same evolution that you are, that’s why we all do stupid things that might be harmful. Remember that the common bond of humanity is personal development, so don’t fault others as they evolve. When personal, evolutionary paths collide, there’s bound to be friction; however, give yourself the room to figure out how others are conspiring with you, to better help you better understand yourself. They aren’t in your life to confirm your suspicion of what’s wrong with the world, they are here to conspire with you, towards a greater understanding of your own good.
