Be the first to know.

Everybody seemed to know that Ryan Hebert, in young adulthood, was homosexual. I was the last to know. I suffered, due to my insincerity. Deep Truth hadn’t dawned upon me.

I have 15% body fat, a flat stomach, visible abdominal muscles, and I run, swim, bike, weight train, and love being athletic. That Deep Truth came to me before I saw that bodily truth in the mirror. Financial independence came to me before it showed up in my account. Now, I understand. Now, I am the first to know.

Deep Truth is what is, even before it looks that way, externally. Shallow truth is what it appears to be. Wealth is a good example. You will feel and act (or know) financial freedom before you “look” rich, although rich isn’t extrinsic, it’s intrinsic. I know many people who wore tattered clothes, drove shit cars, and bargain hunted, then died with millions. I also know those who wear designer labels and have mansions and yachts, yet have no positive net worth. Both are putting on airs.

What it looks like and what it is are out of alignment for those who suffer. What it is, is how you are, inherently. What you are is inherently Deep Truth, which often seeps out before you notice what “everyone else” does.

Many people practice gratitude but aren’t inherently grateful. Saying “Thank you” is a byproduct of being grateful. Money is a byproduct of being rich. Many people sing the virtues of a loving and abundant God and inwardly are scared, impoverished, and greedy. Many people say prayers and incantations in public, appearing righteous, and behind the scenes, they fear for their lives, do duplicitous things, and hide nasty addictions.

Deep Truth is sincere and total. Deep Truth will eventually step forward. Notice it before “everyone else” does. Don’t try to “look like” Deep Truth. Let it come.

It will dawn on you, and you’ll be the first to know.
