Vitality vs. Validation.

The vitality of the heart is what to focus on. It’s related to doing something now.

The petulant person is usually scheming about what the product or person will do for them once received into their lives. There’s a postponement mindset that once this object or person comes into my awareness, then I’ll be ready to start. I’ll be valid. I’ll have the right tools, connections, skills, and credentials. The vitality of the heart, however, is yearning for you to act, now.

Whatever your heart desires will be tied to immediate relief in a micro action. In other words, you’ll be able to do some work towards your goal, now. No encumbrances. No waiting. Your acts validate and revitalize! Both in simultaneous immediacy.

My heart is full when I write. Just write. My heart is full when I exercise. Just exercise. My heart is full when I call a friend. Just be friendly. Vitality is now – action. Waiting for validation might read as follows: When I finish my book, publish it, and others buy and read it, my heart will be full. When I lose 50 pounds, I’ll go to the gym and exercise, but now I’m embarrassed for people to see me. When I look better and have some time, then I’ll get to it. When I get some more influence and prestige, people will invite me to hang out with them. So now, I’ll just “work on myself.”

Scheming is not vital. Waiting for validity from others is not vital. Action now, bit by bit, is vital. Movement is vital. Touching something, doing something, acting – that’s what keeps the heart healthy. Scheming, planning, putting satisfaction in tomorrow, and waiting for validation from others – that’s what withers and kills the heart.

Vitality is in giving and acting now. No waiting. No trying. Doing now revitalizes and validates immediately.
