Could nothing be finer?

Jesus said he came not to judge but to save the world. To save it from what? Science is no dummy. From the Big Bang to the Big Freeze the universe birthed itself and is destroying itself. So, what are we being saved from? One might say, Jesus is saving us from hell. But hell hath no fury without the elation of heaven’s joys.

How does one save the world, if at some level one hasn’t turned the world into a hellish prison of captives? How audacious! How does one save the world if it’s on a natural, crash-course with dying? How does one save the world, if he hasn’t turned himself into a kind of judge and hero? Giving yourself purpose is judging the world.

Purpose is driven by need and need drives purpose. If you “see” a purpose, the implicit “unseen” is the need. If you “see” a need, the implicit “unseen” is the purpose. Seen and unseen. If the world appears to be in trouble, you’ve judged it, as you see it. If you do something, like heal the sick, preach, or die on a cross, you’ve brought it upon yourself.

Need and purpose are safely nestled in balance. Duality gives us mental workouts. They give us rewards/costs. If you notice a need, it’s because you implicitly conjured it. And you’ll explicitly fulfill it. The Big Bang and the Big Freeze are safely nestled. As problems arise, so do solutions. As heroes are born, so are their damsels in distress. O Salutaris Hostia – O Saving Victim? A paradox of one.

Are you “on top” of the universe, humping it, and showing it who’s boss? Are you “on bottom” of the universe, being f^cked, helpless, and victimized? Hell and heaven have no limit, no boss. Could nothing be finer than being amidst both ends?
