Whatever you are afraid to lose becomes god. Money, family, health, and a job are other gods we are willing to die for. Life itself becomes your god when you are afraid to lose it. When people found out their so-called fortunes were “lost” in the Bernie Madoff affair, some ended their lives. They didn’t realize they never had money with Madoff. They died for nought, their god. They were martyrs for a Ponzi scheme. A religious martyr is equally delusional, they die for a Ponzi scheme, the thought they had something to die for.
Whatever you are willing to die for is the same as what you are afraid to lose. But death is free and it’s inevitable. It comes without a cost or penalty. If you die for a cause or if you die from a cause it makes no difference. Cause and effect are one.
It’s unreasonable to die for something when death comes anyway. That’s because it was never “yours” to have. Death is free. We bear no claim nor cause for any of it. Life is free too. That’s the inevitability of truth – I AM. “I am” is the form of “to be” in the first person, singular. That’s the undoubtable truth. Anything “other” is doubtable. So if you die for faith you die for doubt. If you die for something you die for naught.
So what are you afraid to lose? Hopefully, you realize there is nothing to lose and equally, but as importantly, there is nothing to gain. So what’s the point? “To be” is the point. The one and only.
The cause is unknown, and the effect isn’t claimed exclusively. For whom can I claim to die? What can I claim to die from, other than my own karma, or that I AM which never dies yet does all things?
These are so good. I don’t always get time/remember to watch the YouTube videos. But these are part of my morning ritual and I have so many saved. Very thought provoking and encouraging 🙂
Thank you!
Awesome. Thank you.
