The rich know making money is a breeze. They earn easily because they’re convinced it’s easy. The poor know money is in limited supply, and should be spread evenly. When the money is spread evenly, the rich get it back quickly, and the poor get exacerbated. The rich know making money is easy. The poor know its a struggle.
What are you convinced of? If you believe it’s hard, scarce, against the odds, likely not to happen, or it’s rare, then you define the universe as difficult, stingy, random, unlikely, and competitive. But if you know who you are, and you know how easy it is, abundant it is, likely it is, how ordered it is, and how right it is, then you are convinced that the universe is affluent. Which one of these views makes you feel better – that the universe is random and stingy, or ordered, benevolent, and affluent?
Affluence means “flowing freely or in great quantity.” Do you embody affluence or stinginess? Whatever you feel, you will see it come back to you. Whatever you’re convinced of, you will see. I’ve recently discovered the virtues of affluence and stay in that wonderful place of contentment. No matter what, I’m always flowing and aligning with the give and take of the universe. I’m an empty vessel and things freely flow. I love it all because I know it’s working to my highest good and towards my deepest desires.
It’s fun to get what you want, but we secretly love denying ourselves. We love the “I told you so’s.” I told you it wouldn’t work out. I told you that you couldn’t. See, you can’t beat the odds. What good comes from denying what you want? Let’s stop being stingy and allow the windows of heaven to pour out blessings on our heads.
