It’s all good.

I don’t know how this works, but it’s good to feel sad and have a pity party sometimes. It’s good to have a cleansing cry and let the tears flow. Sometimes, it’s good to feel isolated, alone, confused, and adrift in your life. Sometimes, it’s good to feel alienated, ineffective, and undeserving. Sometimes, it’s good to feel disconnected and impotent and that what you dream for may be impossible. It’s good to feel stagnant from time to time. It’s good to have fear and doubt.

It’s good to have things taken away from you occasionally. It’s good to have challenge or to be stuck and see no fruit whatsoever. It’s good to even have long periods of winter-like conditions where you see no progress, no results, and no feedback from the universe. At times, it’s good to struggle and be uncomfortable and fail miserably.

You may not understand the value of pain, the benefit of challenge, and the goodness of desolation. If these conditions are longterm, however, that’s a whole different story. But you must see the value in it all.

Spring is only glorious because of the cold, damp, and grey winter that lingers before it. Resurrection is only triumphant because of the grave, the darkness that seems to never lift. Life moving forward in great strides, loads of money in your pocket, and good people all around you are only decadent because of the doldrums, the sour times, the isolation, the suffering, the bleakness, and the tears.

Only the most spiritually aware person knows the secret of Truth: It’s all good.
