The freedom of being a passerby.

Behind every fantasy for money lies a strange longing for freedom and security. But, it’s not in having money that we feel secure, nor is it in spending it. Most of us erroneously believe it’s easy to spend money (or lose it), but then conversely feel it’s difficult to earn. Why should there be any difference between inlet and outlet?

If you think money is easy to spend, or lose, and difficult to earn, then your flow is out of balance. If you think friends are hard to come by, you’ll “hoard” the ones you have and you’ll be an overbearing person. If you think gaining weight is easy and losing it is hard, well then, you’ll be fat. You’re out of balance.

Most people are out of flow. Their mind’s believe that receiving is more difficult than releasing. They are metaphysically constipated and need a mental and spiritual enema. Everything circulates. The interior pressure of an inhale must be relieved by the equal and opposing force of the impending exhale. Being alive is both and, not either or.

Your money will be taken. Your money will be earned. Your friends will be taken in death or relocation, and they will be earned by being open. Like all things, your money flows. It’s all in flux, and the key is to allow it to come and go, just like people and situations. Your freedom is not contained in having money, nor in spending it. It’s in how freely you allow it to come and go. Freedom is nonresistance to all things, people, situations, and thoughts. This life is transitory and everything in it is just like you – just a passerby. What are you not allowing in and/or out? Unstop the blockages and return to the flowing balance of real freedom.
