If you have an aspiration, think of it as a seed. First, clear the soil of your mind and create a hospitable environment for the idea. In gardening, preparing the soil is 99% of what it takes. The rest works in lesser-known ways.
Too many of us have aspirations that never “get planted” in the right kind of soil. We try, but the seed dies because our minds and imaginations are clouded with negativity. A quiet mind is where dreams germinate best, but there must be a grounded foundation from within. You can’t plant a thriving garden in soil that is amuck with weeds, bugs, sand, and mind garbage. Most humans simply need a mental enema!
If you can’t seem to aspire to anything and build momentum in your life, look at the word aspiration for inspiration. Ad is “to” and spire means “breathe.” Together, aspiration simply means “to breathe.” The word inspiration has similarities. That’s all it takes though. But we’re too busy trying to meddle and “make” it happen. It’s merely breathing. Can you believe it’s that easy?
If you want to launch into a creative enterprise, clear and prepare the soil. Clear the debris of doubt – it’s too hard, you’re too old, most people fail, it takes too long, etc. A good aspiration is founded on clarity of trust. Then, once you have your dream or goal – breathe. Keep the soil clear of mites and doubts, but continue aspiring (breathing). Don’t dig up old thought patterns that will ruin it. You may have to breathe for a long time, but your breathing is working in the darkness. Keep yourself inspired by breathing in. An aspiring person realizes the importance of exhaling. The breath alone will crystalize your dreams into reality. Breathe in the motivation of inspiration, then exhale life into your aspiring dream. The rest will follow.
