I am everywhere at once and nowhere at all.

Life is exclusive and restrictive. There are lots of people “out there,” but there is no there. Nobody has ever experienced there. The moment you get to what you think of as there, it becomes here. What about later? Many people are working towards retirement or some future enterprise of later. Later becomes now, so no-one is there either. If you attempt to become one of them, forget about it. Once you are a part of them, you are now us. There is no there, no later, and no them.

What about being wrong? The world seems full of wrong people! In her cleverly witty book, Being Wrong: Adventures in the Margin of Error, Kathryn Shulz goes into great detail about this exclusive club. To be wrong, one can never know what that’s like. The moment someone points out your wrongness, you are now right. Until that point, you are mistaken – but unknowingly so, so you feel right which is the same as being right. No-one really knows what being wrong is like in the moment. It’s as empty as there, later, and them. You can never be wrong; you can never be there; you can never be later; and you can never be them. So what’s left?

It’s just here and now. Relish in the unique, restrictive freedom of being you. You need not be a part of groups, time periods, or locations that you can never really experience. Enter into the mystery of here, now, and I. Being who you are liberates you from trying to enter what you are not. The one club from which you cannot be apart – “I AM” is the only truth in this world. One more thing, there is no club “me.” There is only I AM.

I am everywhere at once and nowhere at all.
