Today doesn’t have to be a repeat of yesterday. Each day is a new awakening, a fresh window into insight, a new understanding of something you didn’t know about yourself yesterday. Don’t assume. We assume everything will remain the same, so we go through our days with limited expectations. But the universal consciousness sees anew, each moment, uncoiling little by little. Be open to it. You are climbing.
Each day says “Let’s go higher!” When we sleep at night, it’s like a little death in a manner of speaking. We bury ourselves under the covers and the old sheds away – let it go. Things in the past that seemed to bother you get dimmer and dimmer. Don’t hold on to them. As time passes, intensity diminishes. Release it. Let it go.
There’s so much yet to learn. There’s so much yet to experience. There’s so much yet to see, not just exteriorly but interiorly. Each morning let go of the thoughts that have held you back. Look back only to see how far you’ve come. You’re always ascending. You have an opportunity to love just a bit more, to give just a bit more, and to understand just a bit more. Things sometimes unfold slowly, but you have to notice the subtleties. Children grow up fast, and the physical changes seem to occur in the blink of an eye. You’re still growing, but not in overt ways. Internal changes are unfurling, so get in touch with that. Don’t frustrate that process by thinking everything will be the same, forever. Get in harmony with all of that wonderful vibrancy, bubbling from within you. Today’s not the same. How could it be? Embrace the growth, open your eyes to that perpetual flowering. It’s helping you climb higher, even if you may be unaware of it.
