You are the everlasting source, the fullness of truth, unfolding one insight at a time. In you lies the power to everlasting peace and abundance. In you lies the means to richness that you cannot fathom. Why? It seems too far, too hard, or too unlikely. But your steps are plain. Your steps are ordered, and they are leading you to your higher calling, which is to grow beyond your self-imposed limits. Trust the steps. Faith is a deep, seemingly nonsensical choice that comes from what you sense with conviction, not from what you can predict as a “sure thing.”
Being frustrated is a result of short-sightedness. But the sweetness of life lies across the desert, in what seems like a long shot. Life’s greatest treasures are just beyond easy or possible. Walking in faith is moving towards the unknown with conviction, towards what you envision with your creative powers, even if and especially if it seems like a pipe dream. The resulting abyss, the gap in “how” is not to be feared nor avoided, but to be traversed with blind trust. Move towards it, not towards the so-called safe bet, the predictable, the easy, the comfortable, or the “sure thing.”
The best growth potential is found through what only seems like a gamble to the mind. From where you are now to your biggest hopes and dreams lies a realm that feels scary and farfetched, like a desert. Few ever set off to traverse its vastness. The cavern between “playing it safe” and the long shot is the Almighty God. The holy, unknown that defies logic. If the mind doesn’t know how, it says “stop.” The great potential is unfolding within you, one blind step at a time. It’s faith, calling you home to your best life. The unknown is the only way to your promised land. Trust and take a step.
