Youth is forever. Wake up to something new and live again.

Breaking limitation is something we avoid like the plague. You’ll hear people actually argue for why they cannot. You’ll hear people try to convince you why their so-called disability, circumstance, or age stands in the way. “That’s just how I am.” “I’ve never been really good at anything.” “I’m not very smart.” “I’m too old to learn that.” Most people are falsely happy being stuck in a non-progressive life. They bury themselves in the busyness of their circumstance, and the minute they have downtime, they’re nervous to get back to the distraction called “their life.”

Like the universe, humans are expanding and have an ever-unfolding proclivity for something new. Denying it or frustrating it is what causes decay, being stuck, and becoming an old fuddy-duddy. If you want to live, to really live and to thrive, you must expand and change for a lifetime.

No more “should.” No more “but.” No more “used to.” Break the ceiling of limitation. Try something new. It will enliven you, no matter how small it is. We think we’re settled. We think we’re done. That’s an illusion of so-called comfort, but the spirit is forever restless. You can start an exercise regimen right now, and at any age. You can learn how to do something new, now. You can try new things at any stage in your life. Most people are so lost in their routines that they wouldn’t have a clue what I’m talking about. Settling into and arguing for your limits are what makes people “old.” The young at heart have something to look forward to – unfolding potential, the great unknown of possibility. It’s for any age! Staying dug into your so-called comfort zone, ignoring your yearning spirit, and convincing yourself that you’re “done” are the ingredients of a dull existence. Aren’t you worth more than that?
