Ask for it. That’s all it takes, but we don’t want to bother anyone. There are three reasons why we don’t ask: 1.) We may be told “No,” or 2.) We don’t think it’s possible, or 3.) We don’t trust in life, others, or ourselves. People distrust the entire process of asking.
Begging is distrustful too. When you beg, you are still doubting. You’re negotiating with fear, deeply knowing it won’t work. But if there is any good advice here, you must trust that life is giving you what you want, and it always is saying “yes” to you. But it says “yes” to your fears and frustrations too. When you beg, it says “yes” to what you don’t want. It says “yes” to your distrust in life, thus giving you more reasons to be distrusting.
Here’s the key, the universe is always listening. You can’t ask, then “secretly” believe that it won’t work out. It takes a while to build confidence in a dream. If you had an eternity, you could figure out how to have it all. Does the time it takes frighten you? Does the work it takes frighten you? If any aspect of what you ask for frightens you, you’re not ready for it. If anything you ask for feels desperate, you really don’t want it. If it brings a smile to your face, feels rooted in who you are, and is laced in confidence (not stupidity), then it’s yours. The minute you order it, you own it, but it cannot come with a side of doubt and distrust. Order confidently and relax. If you want to expedite it, relax even more. Don’t bother the cooks. They are whipping up something better than you could imagine. Stay watchful, be joyfully expectant, and remain at peace – that’s all that’s required of you.
