Reality lags behind your vision, your coming attractions. Don’t let what you see today discourage your plans. The eyes of your faith must see something bigger than the eyes in your skull. It’s your vision that will fuel your passion, not your reality. Your vision is there for a reason. So stay committed to it.
What you can imagine, will heal you from your funk, if you create something exciting. Your imagination can help you feel what you want to feel; it can help you be what you want to be; and it can help you do what you want to do. Create your future, the one that makes you giddy when you envision it. Don’t create a future that merely seems possible, create one that seems impossible. There’s nothing worse than dreaming below the bullseye and planning around “limits.” Disappointment is made from a limited, short-sighted vision.
It takes deep faith to accomplish big dreams, and deep faith takes unrelenting determination to keep the vision burning brightly. It also takes a lot of time. So get focused on what you know is in your heart. Get passionate about something much, much bigger, and hold onto it like a tightfisted warrior. It’s your vision that moves you forward, not your doubts, or your limits. Make the vision more exciting. Keep envisioning the best, and then keep thinking of how to make it bigger. The excitement of possibility’s expansion will invite reality to catch up in extraordinary ways. Don’t lose the momentum simply because you don’t see results, yet. Reality lags, and doubt is what slows it down. Today just might be the day that reality begins to march forward. You just never know, so don’t give up until your eyes see exactly what your faith envisions.
