Results lose their glamour. When you finally reach that goal, you’ll question whether or not it’s still good for you after a while. When you finally lose the weight, you’ll question if you can sustain it. When you finally commit to that relationship, you’ll question its longevity. When you finally earn that first million, you’ll question what to do with it, how to manage it, or what responsibilities come from having it.
The instant you see finality, another dimension opens – a lesson, a reasonable doubt, a deeper question, or a new desire. You are an ever-changing, inquisitive creature! You’re curious about life, but guess what – life is curious about you. If you are a seeker of results, you’ll find them, but they won’t last. If you are a seeker of understanding – you’re in for a lifetime of beguilement and sustainability.
Understanding is sustainable, it’s ongoing. Achievement is temporary, it has finality. Life wants you to understand the sustainable part of who you are, that which seeks to understand. Your life is a HUGE jigsaw puzzle, not meant to overwhelm you, but to teach you to be understanding, open-minded. The universe is answering your prayers, but it’s doing so by opening your mind and heart. You can be an achiever, but know that there’s more to be curious about, once you get there. Ask the right questions along the way, that’s the key. An inquisitive mind knows that there is something more, something behind the scenes to figure out. Probing life in this way opens your mind to understand what you cannot see. But that unseen dimension has more than you can ever fully understand, but it wants you to try. Access the unknown by asking the right questions. Seek understanding more than you seek results, and your life will seem to work out perfectly, and mysteriously on its own!
