An outlook on Life.

Modernity has made life out to be a struggle. It seems like there is opposition, everywhere you turn. It seems like there is hardship and a justification to join a fight. There is ugliness, vulgarity, unfairness, vanity, discrimination, and so on. But these things have been around for millennia. Technology has made them easier to promote, easier to express, and easier to see. Anyone has a voice on the internet these days. But no matter how you break it down, humans have created a trashy existence, but life itself cannot inherently be the way the ego perceives it. Without humans, the world would be awesome. Why can’t we see this?

Life is a playground, meant for you to see the folly of your unnecessary seriousness. Life is an adventure, meant for your exploration and enjoyment. Life is a privilege, meant for your respect. Life is a miracle, meant for your appreciation of the mind-boggling odds of your existence. Life is a wonder, meant to be revered and to foster humility and openness. Life is an unfolding process, meant to be noticed and appreciated in smaller, peaceful increments. Life is a teacher, meant to help guide you to your true nature as a being. Life is a source, meant to pinpoint the unknown origins that bind everything and everyone together. Life is a choice, meant for us to pick what’s communally beneficial, what’s inherently good, and what promotes unity. Life is a conspiracy, meant for us to conspire and co-create with the universe to manifest what we desire for goodness’ sake. Life is conscious, meant for us to be aware of our own, unbounded consciousness. Life is a compromise, meant for us to put away selfishness when we recognize it. Life is cooperative, meant for us to tolerate and love others, in spite of their insidious ways. Life is corrective, meant for us to return to balance (homeostasis) when things get askew. Life is beautiful, meant for us to recognize love in its abundance, everywhere.

What is your life like?
