The intellect and the imagination are boundless. There’s absolutely no limit to what you are capable of learning, and there is no limit to what you are capable of imagining. Our power to imagine is quite remarkable, yet I believe many of us don’t utilize that miraculous gift. It’s a great waste of human civilization – allowing the imagination to be dormant.
The imagination is a muscle, and it’s a gift. But it must used. That’s our charge as humans. It’s part of our inner purpose. Look at how much the universe has created, from the microcosm to the macrocosm. You too have so much to create. You have ideas. You have dreams echoing in your vast imagination. Somehow, you need to make use of those ideas and dreams. Be crafty, imaginative, creative, and dreamy. Maybe it’s time to put your imagination to use.
What do you use your imagination for? What sorts of things are you whipping up, just for the fun and joy of it? Creative people love to imagine. They love to craft. They love to bring things from thought to reality. There’s great energy and joy in that process. Create, craft, beautify, enhance, solve, reframe, invent, re-reinvent, pioneer, explore – all of those verbs require the imagination, but they bring a vast amount of energy. Just imagine, and make something fun, beautiful, or helpful. It can even be an experience that you create, but don’t let your imagination be idle for another day. If life feels limiting, it’s only because you’ve let your imagination become dormant. Rethink some new possibilities for yourself. You’ll never run out of ideas – your possibilities are absolutely limitless, if you can only tap into the creative miracle of your boundless imagination. Don’t waste anymore time with a dormant imagination – imagine something today, get excited, and make it happen.
