You’d be surprised at what kind of wisdom exists deep within you.

Too often we make hasty decisions, we say “no” to perfectly good opportunities because we’re afraid, or we do things because of routine and habit. But with some time and practice, you can develop your inner sense of wisdom. We all come from the same place, and we all share in the one, universal intelligence. Why would only some people be wise and others not? Wisdom is actually accessible to all humans. Wisdom comes when you need it. The knowledge of what you need to do will arrive when the timing is perfect for you. But you must be patient. Wisdom arrives and is there to help you make good decisions about how you use your time, and what you can do for the greater good of the world.

In order to connect to your higher wisdom, you need to be able to spend time alone and in quiet. You need to ask yourself, “What do I need to know?” You can also ask, “What do I want?” If you are calm and quiet, you’ll “hear” from your still, small voice. Your higher consciousness always knows what you need, and it delivers it, in your exact hour of need. It’s a lot like your body, which also communicates to you. But so few of us actually pay attention to our bodies. We overfeed them, we don’t move them when they need to move, and we worry and stew over every ache, pain, and blemish. We also shun our bodies, and judge how they look. But overthinking everything is usually the cause for not getting in touch with the body in the first place. We do things habitually, and obsessively, rather than slowly, quietly and with time to really know what we truly desire. Get in touch with your body and your inner soul, and your wisdom will be revealed to you, just when you need it.
