Many people suffer from a feeling that life is “out of control.” The only thing out of control is the mind. Your inner tension isn’t keeping your affairs afloat or the world propped up. Being unglued is adding to the likelihood of disaster. That’s all.
It’s simply a lack of belief in yourself and a resistance to change that makes life feel “out of control.” Discombobulation is nothing but low self-esteem. Inner tension, worry, and “juggling” all of your affairs don’t create good outcomes. Joy, love, patience, trust – those are the ingredients of good outcomes. Tension creates an unraveling within you, only a sense of coming apart, being on edge, and fearful of what “might” come up. Get on the leading edge. Start your day with a promise to maintain sanity, openness, receptivity, and being grounded in love.
A person doesn’t glue the universe together. Something else binds it, I assure you. Glue yourself together by reaching deep into the creative power, always peacefully dwelling within you. That’s integrity, accessing the wholeness ensouled into your very being. It’s always there and always at work. But you can unplug from it if you come unglued, mentally. Your creative mind, your greatest asset, can deal with anything. “Pull it together” doesn’t mean strain and grunt. It means to fall into the everlasting trust of that greater imaginative power working in you, all around you, and through you. Intelligence is like gravity. It’s everywhere, pinning you in the center of love, and showing you an infinite number of ways forward. It’s everywhere and with everyone. All you have to do is balance yourself gracefully. Gravity doesn’t shut off. You cannot fly away. Becoming unglued is an illusion. All is well. If you trust in gravity’s consistency and omnipresence, you can do the same for your higher power, which always works in grounding you towards loving increase, even if you become temporarily “unglued.”
