If you really begin to pay attention, you can learn all sorts of lessons through your life’s experiences. But too often, people condemn their past, they regret their choices. Don’t shun your past. Use it as a tool for growth. When you open yourself up to the lessons of your past, you find wisdom that helps you advance. Your past is not meant to bring you down – it’s meant to teach you to become wise, patient, and mature. Break old habits that keep you stuck in patterns that don’t serve you well. The universe is urging you to grow – don’t resist. Your destiny is not to condemn your past, but to use it to brighten your future. Be a force that helps others overcome their own demons of the past.
