Focus on the designer – making a good plan for your life.

When it comes to designing a life, many people don’t realize they have architectural power. Yes, sometimes the universe throws a kink into a life’s design, but that’s also how it works in structural planning, too. You don’t necessarily know how your design will fully function in reality until you test it out and see. There’s always something bound to be tweaked, right on the spot. You cannot circumnavigate all of life’s variables, but that’s the fun of giving it a go.

Reasons are what give your plans structure and strength – but reality solidifies and confirms. Reality tests the fortitude of the designer. Reality is interested in seeing if the designer really wants what they’ve set out to create. Reality makes you wait. It makes you think about why you want something, what function it will serve in your personal development, and how it might make the world a better place.

But ultimately, the focus is on the designer, not just the plans. If you, the architect of your life is happier, healthier, adaptable, and worry free, you’ll make a better plan, one that benefits you and the world. That process will also make you wiser. When you set out to make a goal, the deeper and more helpful your reasons are for creating them, the more motivated you’ll be to stick with them, and to see them to reality. There is no greater joy than using your imagination to craft a life that is beneficial, not one that’s a liability. Make sure the designer is in a good place before he or she starts sketching out plans. Secondly, make sure the designer has good reasons for wanting a particular outcome. And finally, stick with the plan and be patient – you will be amazed at what kind of life you can have with a strategy like that!
