Grow through it – gladly.

Your karma, or your doing, must be lived out. Whatever you sow, you reap. But that doesn’t mean you must punish yourself forever. The way to correct the harvest is to plant better seeds and cultivate peace.

The realization that we are implicit and direct in all that we experience will dawn upon the most weary person. Usually, it’s the one who has reached the limits of fear and suffering. You will have met your match in every situation, or so it seems. However, you cannot trap yourself.

There is no circumstance greater who you are. There is no desire greater than you. That leaves you with a great realization, you are invisible. You are that which cannot be overcome, outsmarted, or outplayed. Yet recognizable – strangely.

I want you to reexamine your fight, which is another word for plight. The only way to get rid of your plight is to stop the fight within, immediately. The only way to get rid of a circumstance which haunts you is to stop being haunt. Finish the nightmare in you first, then (and only then) will the circumstance fall into a truce or alignment.

You cannot fight a reflection, nor can you fight it from forming before your eyes. Call a truce within and the without (with time) truces. How long have you been fighting your own shadow?

What do we bring upon ourselves? Reasons to be scared, angry, and agitated. Why? We are inherently scared, angry, and agitated. When we stop the inflammation first, the inflammatory situations are doused.

Whatever it takes, I’ll take it, gladly.

Bring that attitude with you to the gym. Watch what happens to your body.

Bring that attitude with you everywhere. Watch what happens to your life.

You’ve brought it upon yourself. Let it play out, unresisted, and you will grow through it.
