God’s will is a tough one. Seems like she keeps getting sidetracked and derailed. I’m rooting for her, though. She’s just bound to get her way, one day. So, we’ll pray for her. It was God’s will to put Trump in the White House, I once heard an evangelical say. It is God’s will to keep marriage between a man and a woman. That’s a good one. One of my favorites is, “It just wasn’t God’s will” for that to happen or for that to not happen.
God’s will gets screwed. Her will keeps getting thwarted by bad people and disloyal, wayward Supreme Court Justices. It’s tough to discern God’s will. She even seems to get sidetracked and changes her mind.
But I’m going to continue to pray for God. Apparently, it’s not God’s will for God’s will to be done all the time. She has willed it so her will doesn’t get done all the time. Poor sap, but I guess he’s just trying to be fair. You can’t have your will done everyday. That’s selfish. What about the other gods, or Satan? Maybe they’d like to have their will done, just to be fair. Spreading the will around – that’s nice.
Who are you meant to be with? It’s who you are with now. What are you meant to be doing? It’s what you are doing now. Where are you meant to be? It’s where you are now. It’s being done, now. All the other gods are doing the will of God, right now. Even those wondering what the will of God is, are doing God’s will, now. If you want to know God’s will, look at how it is now; just as it was in the beginning; and just as it will be forever. Don’t like how it looks now? Too bad. Thy will be done, and what’s done is done.
