The universe provides a way, or it steers you clear. Everything that I wanted to accomplish in my life, and things that I felt very deeply about, found their way to me. And things that weren’t right for me were deflected. If it’s right, conditions will yield. If it’s wrong, you will have to yield. It’s a wonderful co-creative dance. Sometimes obstacles fall like dominoes. In one instance for a job that I really wanted, three people had to resign to create a vacancy. They all resigned in a matter of days. In order to go to the University of Alabama for my undergraduate, finances seemed impossible. My parents decided to sell their home. That’s how they paid for my college education! I didn’t ask them to do that.
I purchased three homes in my life, and each one was “the” choice. I never had to haggle or be on pins and needles about an offer being accepted. I bought because the conditions were right. I could go on and on about what felt like lucky breaks, or about things that ended up being a blessing because they didn’t work out. But you have to remember that your circumstances are working with you.
You’re not pushing your way ahead. The path is yielding to you, and it’s guiding. You have to pay attention. If you have a desire, and it keeps bubbling up within you, the path is being carved. The conditions will be right for you to do what you feel called to do. If you hit a barrier, don’t keep pushing on it! It only means it’s your turn to yield. Work with your circumstances – they are helping you. Trust in your environment, you’re one with it. Dancing the divine, co-creative dance that’s navigating your path can be fun, if you pay close attention to your partner.
