You don’t need a celebration, you are the celebrity. You don’t need a wedding to experience love. You are love. You don’t need an award to feel accomplished. You alone are enough of an accomplishment. You don’t need a named building to feel a legacy. Your life is a legacy of meaning for so many. You are significance. Your very presence is celebrated. Do you need a “big deal?” Here is the biggest deal – you are life. What more do you need? A dressed up moment is simply make believe. Every moment that you are alive is monumental. That is enough.
The joy of life is simply living. The joy of being is not enhanced by a dress up party. Joy is always “contained” in the moment. The feeling of joy need not a certificate, dazzling decor, or a notable prize. That’s because you are the prize. You are the shining star, not by what you do, say, or accomplish, but by who you are.
A “big deal,” or “small deal” is just pretend. You are the real deal. Do you need hype to get something out of life? I’d say, recognize the life within you, that’s enough to feel immense love. The moment is “dressed up” by your very being. You jazz up the world. You’re the decor! You don’t need to embellish anything. You are the crown jewel. You are the miracle of love. You are the wonder of life. You are the star that brightens the day. The moment exists for you – for you to notice how bright you are. Help others who are dimly lit. They need to learn how to shine, by simply being who they are. Dressing up the moment can be fun, but it’s not necessary. The simplicity and joy of being you – that’s totally enough. The rest is just pretend.
