When your mother learned that she was with child, you were likely just a clump of cells. The idea of you was enough for your mother to begin loving you. And so it is with things that you are wanting to “birth” in your life. As you learn to love your ideas, they get closer to fruition. The fruit of your imaginal “womb” grows as you love your creation, and you love what you can give to the world.
Humans don’t use their imagination as a means of possibility, many use it as a means of limitation, imagining why something won’t work, or how unlikely it is to work. Your home, your possessions, your clothing, and your electronic devices were birthed in the imagination of others. The music you listen to, the antiques and artwork that you own, the meaningful things you possess were once conceived by a master craftsman. Someone loved their ideas, and gave them to the world. In turn, the world paid for those ideas, turned reality, and used them as sources of great meaning and usefulness.
Whatever spoke the galaxies of the macrocosm into existence, and conceived of the infinitesimally tiny world of the microcosm, is also at work in you. How are you using that power to speak your “world” into existence? There is no greater power and joy on earth, than loving your good ideas, crafting what you wish to see in your life, molding and developing your personal attributes, and watching all of it materialize. Love your ideas, just like your mother loved you before you were fully realized. Love your dreams, especially those that serve the greater good. Let your imagination run wild. It’s OK, that’s what it’s for, to envision a better world for you and for others.
