When you feel dull, it could be that you’ve become overly concerned with the wellness of others; the situations at work; or the obligations of life; and you’ve misplaced the responsibility that you have for your own wellness. Don’t pin your sense of wellness and your peace on anything or anyone outside of your inner dimension. Don’t depend the external condition to be a certain way before you appreciate and love your life.
A vibrant person loves being who they are. If you feel you are in need of change and improvement, it’s because the inner realm is beckoning you, not the outer one. Misplacing the source of your vibrancy is easy to do, but don’t let it catch you unaware. The source of your vibrancy is found by taking the time to fulfill what makes you light up, from the inside. Take time to focus on what rekindles joy within you, and do those things. If it’s for another, make sure it feels vibrant, not obligatory, conditional, or laden with guilt.
A vibrant person has a zest for life, and it doesn’t seem to depend on what is happening in the outside world. A vibrant persons honors their word. They follow through on what they say they will do. They create external experiences that come out of an internal sense of wellness. That internal sense of wellness is a priority for vibrant people. They create helpful resources for themselves and for others. A vibrant person gives because it comes from love. A vibrant person wakes up with a spring in their step, because they are happy to be alive, for one more day. If you are vibrant, the universe will energize that momentum and create more opportunities for you. If your life has become dull, it’s because you are dull on the inside. Don’t wait for opportunity to light you up. Spark a new enthusiasm for life right now, sustain it from the inner realm, and watch it grow, exponentially, into your outer realm.
