The gateway to unconditional joy.

If you’re waiting for a condition to change before you love everything, everyone, and yourself, you’re doing so conditionally. We often think if something would change, then we would feel better. But, I’m convinced that if you want to change your life, you have to realize you’re an unconditional being, unrestricted and unaffected by circumstance.

The only thing that ever changed my life, my behaviors, and my emotions was deep meditation. I know what you’re thinking, “I don’t have time.” Most of the world is like that. What I call “contemplative silence mode” is a proven method to finding success in life. I was always in the “what’s next mode,” never stopping to deeply reflect on the present moment. I never looked inward to examine my emotions and thoughts. Every moment and every thought was like a run-on sentence. I was never fully focused and deeply immersed in the now.

The only way that I have learned to change my life was to dive deeply into who I am. I used to think I was “somebody.” But I realized that’s an illusion. There are two seeming dimensions to us, a human and a being, thus, human being. The human part is our outward identity, our thoughts, our history, and our mannerisms. But what about the being part?

Getting into your inner being might be the most important step you could ever take. Meditation, and a quiet, open mind will do wonders to change your life. Meditation and silent contemplation are the only gateway to unconditional joy, love, and acceptance. I wonder why so few are into it. They’re likely too caught up in being human and managing their conditions. We can live unconditionally, but few know this boundless freedom available to us.
