When you realize your powerlessness against that which is real, you will come under subjection to a will that cannot be budged, influenced, or changed. The expression of this will governs the world but in esoteric, precise, and loving ways. Once you connect to the ground of being, you will not be able to resist, nor distrust anything.
You are at the mercy of something that is essentially and fundamentally who you are, but not accessible in logic, thought, or concept. It remains abstract but ever-present and fully alive. To have lost your incessant false companion, the nagging mental voice, and to have gained your real companion, the voicelessness of intuitive resonance is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.
You are in communion with yourself. You commune with nature, and she communes with you. But to those who have more fully realized their unity, there is no more difference between creature and environment, speaker and listener, observer and observed.
The body talks with you and tells you what it needs. The gut resonates with you and shows you each step of the way. The environment calls you into communion with it. Difficult people and situations admonish you, educating you moment by moment. Nature inspires you. Death calls you. Love invokes and evokes power in you and “outside” of you.
Aloneness is unitive. Being with people “all the time” can have an unraveling effect. The beckoning of silence and solitude is the hallmark of wisdom birthed within. When washed thoroughly of fear and “having to” be with people all the time, you gain uncommon magic.
The decay of separateness is a gift we seek, but it cannot always be found in the company of others.
Aloneness is joy undivided, the missing piece.
