The ground floor is where the party is. Initializing stages are often more exciting than result stages. When people become an overnight success, or they suddenly come into wealth, they often have a hard time sustaining joy. Why? It’s because they didn\u2019t have the excitement, and the pangs of \u201cbirthing\u201d anything, the rewards of cultivating seeds, or the thrill of starting with nothing. Relationships for example have some of the best energy at the onset. Actually it\u2019s in the thrill of the hunt, before<\/em> a potential encounter, that we often experience being giddy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you accomplish your dreams, you\u2019ll look back on the \u201cgood old days,\u201d the nostalgia of when things were fresh and simple. One day, you\u2019ll long for your youthful, pioneering spirit. Expecting things to come to pass is probably more exhilarating than seeing them come to pass.<\/strong> If you have big dreams, and large expectations, don\u2019t let what you don’t see discourage you – let that fuel<\/em> you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Some entrepreneurs just focus on new startups. When a new startup gets off the ground, they bail. Then they invest in the ground floor again, and do another startup. In other words, they live for the initializing stages of their creativity. It might be time for you to initialize a new thing or to reinvigorate an old thing in your life. Revisit those old plans or make new ones. Take that class you wanted to take. Start that project you thought about. Meet those people who invited you to that event. Do something new for your partner. There\u2019s more partying on the ground floor than there is in the penthouse. They say it’s lonely at the top, anyway. Maybe it\u2019s time to initialize something in your life.
